Engage individuals, partners and organizations across the state. This includes behavioral health consumers, community mental health programs, coordinated care organizations, service providers and the Oregon State Hospital.
Inform and improve behavioral health systems, policy and programs.

Transforming Oregon's behavioral health system is foundational to OHA's strategic plan to eliminate health inequities by 2030.
