OHCS administers the
HUD Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (PRA) program in Oregon. This program helps people with disabilities find affordable housing with support services.
HUD 811 PRA is a referral program. OHCS works with Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to connect people to these units. These agencies work with local service providers who help eligible individuals apply and connect to housing.
