OMMP Compliance & Inspections

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) may perform inspections and investigations of registered OMMP grow sites, processing sites, and dispensaries subject to tracking in CTS. In this role, Commission regulatory specialists (inspectors) may contact CTS administrators or employees at registered OMMP facilities to collect or verify information related to regulatory requirements.
Although OLCC may act in this role and perform inspections of registered OMMP facilities that are subject to tracking in CTS, the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) remains the agency responsible for enforcement and regulatory actions related to discovered violations. OLCC will work with OHA to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements through transparency, education, and thorough investigation.
