Training

The Employer Service Center provides training for employer reporters and web administrators at all skill and experience levels.

Training is offered in a variety of ways to accommodate different needs and learning styles.

  • If you are new to employer reporting, check out the beginner employer-reporter training options below (click the green bar) and register for a class or watch a recording.
  • If you have some reporting experience, take note of the upcoming training webinars, review past webinars, and check out the videos.
  • For those who want to learn at their own pace or reference facts, rules, or policies, go to the self-learning materials section.
  • And when you need help, customer support from the Employer Service Center is available by phone or email every business day.

Beginner Employer Reporting 1  

About the course: Live, interactive training for beginner PERS-participating employers. Based on information in Beginner Training manuals 1 and 2 (listed below under Training Manuals).  

Delivered online via GoTo Training. 

About registration: Advance registration is required. Class size is limited to 30 students.  

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the training.
