The PUC does not currently have any proposed rules. When we do engage in rulemakings, we include on this page a statement of potential fiscal impact of the proposed rule; summary of the proposed rule; FAQ documents pertaining to the rulemaking; and minutes or recordings from rulemaking meetings. Links to public comments will also be posted on this page during the rulemaking process.
