Translation Services at PUC Events
To encourage wider participation in our activities, the Commission provides live English to Spanish translation services on rate-case public comment hearings for Oregon’s largest regulated utilities: PacifiCorp, Portland General Electric, and Northwest Natural Company. This service includes live translation of the hearing, and translation of public comments.
For all other events, Spanish translation services may be requested. To request translation services, please contact the Commission’s Administrative Hearings Division via email at email@example.com or call us at 503-378-6678. A two-week advance notice to arrange translation service is preferred; service may not be available on short notice, but the Commission will make best efforts to provide services.
Written comments will be accepted in our dockets in languages other than English and will be translated through software services. Please allow one week for comments to be translated and posted in the appropriate docket.
