Public Records Requests

Submit a Public Records Request

Any person may request access to the Oregon Public Utility Commission's (PUC’s) public records. The PUC will make public records available unless the records are exempt from disclosure by law.

To make a request, email our Public Records Coordinator. The request must include:
  • Sufficiently specific details to allow the PUC to readily identify the document or other material that contains the requested information. 
  • The format needed for copies. 
  • The email address where you want documents sent. 
  • The date, if any, which the records are needed.

The PUC may charge fees reasonably calculated to recover the costs of providing access to and copying public records.
