**All meetings are held online unless the listing or meeting agenda says otherwise. If the meeting uses Zoom, please view these Zoom Instructions to help you participate.**

Commission Public Meetings include Regular Public Meetings (every other Tuesday) and Special Public Meetings scheduled as needed.
PUC staff workshops, hearings led by the Administrative Hearings Division (AHD), or other events may also be labeled as “Special Public Meetings” when more than one Commissioner plans to attend. This ensures we comply with public meetings law. NOTE: If only one Commissioner attends, a “Special Public Meeting” notice is not required.
Some PUC Staff workshops not attended by Commissioners may be listed here for convenience, but not all will appear. For complete workshop information, check the docket schedule in eDockets.

Public comment is allowed at many, though not all, Commission public meetings and staff workshops. Review the meeting agenda to see if public comment will be accepted.

Public Meetings Law & Grievance Process

The Oregon Public Utility Commission (PUC) follows all applicable public meetings laws set out in ORS 192. If you believe the PUC, or its staff, has violated a public meetings law, you may submit a written grievance to the Executive Director, Nolan Moser, as follows:

• Mailed by first class mail to: PO Box 1088, Salem, OR 97301-3398

• Email to nolan.moser@puc.oregon.gov, - please state “Potential Public Meeting Violation” in the subject line; or

• Hand delivered during regular business hours to: 201 High St. SE, Suite 100, Salem, OR 97308-1088

As set forth in OAR 199-050-0070(2): The written grievance shall be submitted to the public body within 30 calendar days from the date of the meeting where the alleged violation occurred. The written grievance shall identify:

1. The governing body that allegedly violated the public meetings law;

2. The date of the meeting where the alleged violation occurred;

3. The specific facts and circumstances that the person asserts amount to a violation of the public meetings law;

4. The date of the grievance; and

5. The name and contact information of the person submitting the grievance.
