Please note, energy rates can adjust due to filings with the PUC other than general rate case filings -- such as filings to adjust rates to the actual cost to purchase power. Those dockets (cases) are not listed here.

Pending Petitions for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)

PacifiCorp CPCN Petitions - Docket PCN 7 and Docket PCN 8
PacifiCorp has filed petitions seeking certificate of public convenience and necessity (CPCN) in Docket No. PCN 7 and PCN 8. These petitions initiates public process that includes review of documentation, an investigation by the PUC, and public testimony.
