Pending Petitions for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)
PacifiCorp has filed petitions seeking certificate of public convenience and necessity (CPCN) in
Docket No. PCN 7 and
PCN 8. These petitions initiates public process that includes review of documentation, an investigation by the PUC, and public testimony. View the dockets for the original filing, additional filings, and docket schedule.
