Connecting Oregon government through web-collaboration and learning tools.
In partnership with the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS), the Oregon State University (OSU) Managed Communications Services (MCS) program, and Broadsoft/iLinc Communications, OregonConnect, the state’s web-meetings/virtual classroom tool, is now offered to all Oregon state agencies and ORCPP members. Through this service, customers can purchase named user licenses for $12/year/named user. Once purchased, the named user can schedule unlimited virtual classroom or web-meetings sessions.
What is OregonConnect?
OregonConnect is the state of Oregon's enterprise-wide solution for web-meeting and virtual classroom delivery.
Why is OregonConnect a value added service to state government?
OregonConnect saves the state money by providing a tool to conduct virtual trainings and meetings. Millions of dollars in travel and time has been saved by staff who attend these virtual sessions from their desks or local offices versus having to travel to a physical meeting location.
