This page is dedicated to educating State and local governments (agencies that have Intergovernmental Agreements with State Surplus) on the process and procedures for submitting property to sell. Below are links to documents designed to assist in this process, as well as contact information to employees dedicated to training agency's on these processes. This list of "Frequently Asked Questions" is designed to answer any question you may have regarding surplus property operations and policies. Whether it be buying or selling through Surplus Property, the answer is likely to be here. The "Reuse" Tutorial

Reuse is the Surplus Property database designed for searching for property, as well as submitting property for Surplus Property to sell. The Reuse tutorial is the main training tool to educate users on how to navigate this system. This also covers topics such as Interagency Transfers, donating property to qualified non-profit organizations, and submitting property to be "Sold-Onsite".

"Reuse" Inventory Management System

This link is to the main Reuse program. Agencies can search all property located in the Surplus Property inventory (no login required), and provides the ability to submit property into the system (does require login).

Ewaste Procedures

This document provides information on submitting Ewaste (computer equipment, peripherals, etc.) to the Ewaste recycler, and how to transfer computer equipment between state agencies. This serves as the official policy and procedures for Ewaste disposal.
