Staff Desk Clean-out Day Tuesday, Sept. 16th 2014

ODOT Procurement Office employees in Salem will be participating in a desk clean-out day from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  During this time, staff will be cleaning out desks, files, and common areas and will not be checking or answering emails or phone calls.  Calls and emails will be returned the following business day.  For any emergency procurement matter, please contact Megan Hodges at 503-986-2784. GSA Per Diem Rates for 2015

 New rates for lodging and per diem become effective on October 1, 2014.  If you are negotiating a contract or amendment for work to be performed after October 1st, look up the Fiscal Year 2015 rates for Oregon when estimating costs for travel reimbursement.

TEPE Price Agreements

ODOT is preparing to replace the current Transportation, Engineering, Planning, and Environmental (TEPE) Price Agreements for A&E and Related Services with new price agreements for “Transportation Planning.”  We anticipate the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on ORPIN by the end of September.  If you have questions about this solicitation, please contact Lisa Cimino at Lisa.CIMINO@odot.state.or.us .
