Laws & Rules for Athletic Trainers
Authorizing Statutes & Rules
Regulations governing the practice of athletic training in Oregon are contained in Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) Chapter 688.701 to 688.734.  Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) for athletic training are contained in Chapter 331, Divisions 105-135.
 
Oregon Health Licensing Agency (OHLA) central agency statutes and rules related to procedural, administrative, licensing and regulatory compliance requirements for all OHLA-regulated professions are found in Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 676.600-676.625 and 676.992 and OAR 331, Divisions 001-030.
