| Debora Masten |
|
Ms. Masten practices medical esthetics at Salem Laser & Skin Rejuvenation Center. She is a licensed esthetics instructor, certified laser technician, and is certified in advanced skin care and customized makeup instruction. She was previously appointed to the faculty of Oregon Health Sciences University in the Casey Aesthetics Services department where she performed skin care services and laser procedures.
Ms. Masten is a member of the Society of Clinical and Medical Hair Removal and the National Coalition of Estheticians, Manufacturers/Distributors & Associations (NCEA). She is also a member and Co-Chair of the Skin Care Liaison Committee of the National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology (NIC). She is a contributing author and expert to national skin care publications.
"My professional experience gives me some insight into the issues that the industry is facing, particularly regulation of new technologies and esthetic devices," says Ms. Masten.
