Ms. Hall has more than 20 years of experience in hair design. Since 1993, she has been owner of The Hair Gallery in Pendleton. Previously, Ms. Hall worked at various hair salons in Pendleton, including The Salon, PHD Salon, Touch of Class and Lavonna's. She attended Pendleton College of Beauty.
"I am very proud of the fact that Oregon has strict laws on health issues, more so than most other states," says Ms. Hall. "Oregon's regulatory standards keep both practitioners and clients safe. I have visited salons in states all over the country, and Oregon has some of the cleanest salons around."
