| Betty Griffith |
|
Ms. Betty Griffith has practiced as a midwife since 1980. Previously she was a care provider in adult foster care, a personal care provider with the Mental Health Division, Department of Human Services, and an obstetric nurse at McMinnville Community Hospital.
Ms. Griffith earned a Nursing Diploma from Emanuel Hospital School of Nursing.
"It's important to maintain high standards of quality and safety for our clients," says Ms. Griffith. "I want to see midwifery recognized as a valid professional alternative for low-risk pregnancies, but to do so we must be able to regulate the profession effectively."
