Proposed Administrative Rules

Proposed administrative rules were filed with the Secretary of State and published in the Oregon Bulletin on April 1, 2013. You are invited to review these proposed rules and provide written comments by Monday, June 1, 2013.

A public administrative rule hearing has been scheduled for May 13, 2013 at 9 am in the Veterans Affairs Auditorium, 700 Summer Street NE, Salem, Oregon 97301.
