Ms. Denise Pracht is Quality Assurance Supervisor at Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. in Albany. The company produces freeze-dried foods and other speciality products using low-temperature, low-pressure preservation of materials.
Ms. Pracht graduated from Lebanon High School in 1978.
"While I am new to the food industry, I am very willing to use the experience I have," says Ms. Pracht. "I have always been someone who is not afraid to speak up and provide input to assist in the welfare of our great state of Oregon."
