Holly Skogley
Holly Skogley has worked for Linn County Environmental Health Program since 1988, focusing on a wide range of environmental health areas:  on-site waste water, drinking water, licensed facilities and the community health program that inspects institutional food service and childcare and correctional facilities as well as investigates food-borne illness outbreaks.
Ms. Skogley graduated with a bachelor's of science in Environmental Health from Oregon State University.  She has served on numerous committees of the Oregon Environmental Health Association and Oregon Department of Human Services and is a member of the Council of Local Environmental Health Supervisors and National Environmental Health Association.
"I am particularly interested in ensuring qualified people are working in the field of environmental health for both consumer protection and public health," says Ms. Skogley.  "The Environmental Health Registration Board is in a unique position to have a voice in the state's efforts to define the practice of environmental health as well as ensure qualified people are employed in these positions."
