| Michael Weatherby |
|
Michael Weatherby has served as Mayor of Fairview, Oregon since 2002, has more than 25 years of experience as an instructor at Mt. Hood and Portland community colleges, and more than 30 years of experience as an elected public official for water districts, school boards and other entities.
Mr. Weatherby also served as a hearings officer for the Multnomah County Sherrif's Office from 1977-1996 and was a member of the Oregon Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision from 1996-99.
He received his Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Portland State Unversity and Master's of Education in Guidance and Counseling in Criminal Justice from the University of Portland.
"I look forward to continuing to work on issues of interest to seniors as I have as Farview mayor by addressing the issues related to nursing home administration," says Mr. Weatherby.
