Best time to call Customer Service: Our busiest telephone volume days are Mondays and the first few and last few business days of each month. In addition, we experience increased volume from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. each day. Calls are placed in queue and answered in the order that they are received.
