Medical & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (Section 125 Plan)
Our Flexible Spending Account is an excellent way to save on taxes and boost the power of your dollar. The plan can currently be used for expenses related to dependent care.

Deferred Compensation (Section 457 Plan)
The Oregon Savings Growth Plan is also administered by Oregon PERS.

Employee Assistance Program
Unresolved issues such as stress at work or home, family problems, or adjusting to change at work can interfere with your quality of life and job performance.  The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential benefit provided to help employees work through these issues or problems.  Available to benefit-eligible employees and members of their immediate family who are also eligible for benefits, the service is coordinated by an independent provider, Cascade Centers, Incorporated.

Jackson Scholarship Opportunity
The Glen Jackson scholarship was established for the dependents of employees and retirees of ODOT and the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD).
If you know of a high school senior who meets the eligibility requirements please have them go to www.oregonstudentaid.gov . The Oregon Student Access and Completion (OSAC) handles all the applications, which are available online after November 1 each year. The final scholarship application deadline is March 1 of each year.
