List of Ineligibles
Pursuant to ORS 279C.860, contractors on the below list are ineligible to receive public works contracts subject to the Prevailing Wage Rate Law.
These contractors and subcontractors, as well as any firm, corporation, partnership or association in which the contractor or subcontractor has a financial interest, are ineligible to receive public works contracts until removed from this list.
