The Statewide Audit and Budget Reporting Section (SABRS) supports the DAS Chief Financial Officer with budget preparation and budget execution actions from Legislative session, Emergency Board, and general administrative changes of agency budgets.  The section works with and administers the Oregon Budget Information Tracking System (ORBITS) and the Oregon Position Information Control System (ORPICS).  SABRS also provides technical assistance, agency budget auditing, management of position actions, and review and issuance of agency allotment plans.​
