Statewide FLSA Project
DAS CHRO is launching the FLSA Review Project to make sure every position in state agencies is correctly classified as exempt or non‑exempt in Workday. This work needs to be completed before the transition to biweekly pay in July 2027. Getting these classifications right is essential for staying compliant with federal labor laws, avoiding costly audits or penalties, and preventing pay.
