Notice: MyLicense offline and 2024 renewals
Our online registrations system will close at 11:59 p.m. October 15-November 11, 2023. No new online pesticide registration applications or revised labels, supplemental labels, or 2(ee) bulletins may be submitted online during this time.
Please plan accordingly to complete your online submissions no later than October 15. The system will come back online November 12, 2023 for registrants to submit their 2024 renewal applications, applications for new 2024 products, revised and supplemental labels, and 2(ee) bulletins.
If necessary, applications for new 2023 registrations can still be submitted after October 15; however, these applications must be submitted using our paper form. Revised labels, supplemental labels, and 2(ee) bulletins will not be accepted via paper or email. Registrants must submit these documents after the system comes back online.
Please see the 2024 Renewal Letter for additional renewal details and a timeline for submissions to ODA during the remainder of 2023.
Registration Fee: The non-refundable registration fee is $360 per product. This fee applies to all pesticide product registrations: FIFRA Section 3, Section 24(c), and Section 25(b).
If you have an existing Pesticide Product Registration (PPR) license: Submit new product applications, revised labels, supplemental labels, and 2(ee)s through our online system, MyLicense. All revised labels, supplemental labels, and 2(ee)s must be submitted online. These will not be accepted on paper.
If you need to create a new license: At this time, a paper PPR Application Form must be submitted for initial product registrations for new companies that do not have an active Pesticide Product Registration (PPR) license in our online system. After the first product is registered, additional new products and revised labels must be submitted online.
Application for Special Local Need registrations: Paper applications must also be used for new FIFRA Section 24(c) Special Local Need registrations.
Annual Registration Renewal: Pesticide products need to be registered in the state of Oregon annually. The registration year ends December 31. Pesticide registration renewal notices will be sent by U.S. Mail in mid-November. *To avoid delays in processing, renewal applications should be submitted online by December 31.* MyLicense will remain open for PPR renewal submissions until mid-March.
