New for 2021 Oregon Pesticide Registrations:
Pesticide products need to be registered in the state of Oregon annually. The registration year ends Dec. 31.
Pesticide registration renewal notices for 2021 were sent by U.S. Mail on Nov. 16, 2020.

Online Pesticide Product Registrations: The ODA system for managing pesticide product registrations went back on line on Nov. 16, 2020, for registrants to begin submitting 2021 renewal applications, applications for new 2021 registrations, and revised labels.
Paper Registration Applications: At this time, paper applications must be submitted for initial product registrations for new companies that do not have an active pesticide product registration (PPR) license in our online system (and for late 2020 new registrations between Oct. 17 and Dec. 31, 2020). Paper applications must also be used for new FIFRA Section 24(c) Special Local Need registrations.
