Consumer Reports on Safe and Effective Drugs

Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum announced an additional $3.3 million grant in 2014 to extend the Best Buy Drug Program, a Consumers Union initiative that provides free, non-biased information to help consumers make safe and effective prescription drug choices.

The three-year grant extension continues a $4 million grant funded from the 2008 settlement of a consumer protection case related to promotion of the drug Neurontin.
