TLC-PTS Overview Training Video

This overview training provides an overview of the product tracking system. Licensed manufacturers, service centers, and laboratories are required to track psilocybin products from production to sale to a client. All licensees, and their permitted workers who they have been authorized, will log-in to TLC and use TLC-PTS to track psilocybin products. This training video is 41 minutes long and includes different chapters that cover how to complete different required tasks within TLC-PTS.

DISCLAIMER: There have been new features added to TLC-PTS since this video was made in 2023. Please use the TLC-PTS manuals for the most up-to-date information.

SB 303 Reporting in TLC

Beginning January 1, 2025, licensed service centers are required to collect and compile certain client level data and compile and compute certain service center level data on a quarterly basis. Service centers must submit this aggregated data to Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) using the SB 303 Data Reporting Portal in the TLC system.
