The 2023 Non-Competitive Funding Announcement and Instruction for Application announces and sets forth instructions for applying to receive a conditional reservation of OHCS Affordable Housing Rental Division (ARHD) non-competitive funding resources and requirements relating to the use of the resources within. These resources are designed to create and preserve safe, sanitary, and affordable housing for low-income Oregonians. The resources provided within are available to eligible affordable housing projects in order of their submission and review for eligibility and further explained herein for as long as resources remains available during the open application period.
At this time, for 2023, OAHTCs are openly available to assist new construction, rehabilitation, preservation and acquisition of multifamily affordable housing projects. In addition, there are grant resources for the preservation of affordable manufactured dwelling parks. More detail can be found in the instructions provided below.
