State Home Oil Weatherization (SHOW) Program Engagement Opportunity | Monday, March 16, 2026 - 11 a.m. to noon
Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) has been operating the
State Home Oil Weatherization (SHOW) Program since January 2018, at which point the agency received authority to conduct the annual Petroleum Supplier Assessment (PSA). The PSA, which is separate from the Oregon Department of Energy’s Energy Supplier Assessment, is the sole funding source for the SHOW Program.
As per ORS 456.595, OHCS may collect up to $400,000 each fiscal year of the biennium. After reviewing projected expenditures and the current account balance, OHCS plans to collect $400,000 for the 2026-27 fiscal year. This will enable OHCS to fully operate the SHOW Program while not over-assessing petroleum suppliers.
To conduct this year’s PSA in a transparent manner, OHCS welcomes you to a stakeholder engagement meeting to discuss the anticipated collection process and allocation of program funding. Learn more about the 2026 PSA collection process and timeline.
