The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is a federal program established under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. OHCS has reopening its HAF program for a limited time to continue supporting homeowners who are in jeopardy of foreclosure to keep their homes.
Servicer Enrollment List
This list contains servicers who are currently enrolled to participate in Oregon's Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) program. Your mortgage servicer is the company that sends you your mortgage statements. Your servicer also handles the day-to-day tasks for managing your loan.
