The Homeownership Dashboard provides program research and highlights of the work accomplished through OHCS's homeownership programs.

QUICK OVERVIEW

In the 2018 calendar year, the Oregon Bond Residential Loan Program helped 1,130 homeowners to purchase a new home, with a total loan volume of over $254 million.

The Homeownership Assistance (HOAP) disbursed $748,848 to 17 Homeownership Centers. Those Centers serving 36 counties between July 1, 2017-June 30, 2018. In the same period, over 800 clients purchased homes in 26 counties.

The 2018 Local Innovation and Fast Track (LIFT) funding approved 9 applications in September 2018. These projects will construct 84 affordable homeownership units.
