OHCS helps low and moderate-income families in Oregon buy their first home. We provide below-market rate financing and cash assistance through the Oregon Bond Residential Loan Program. ​

Our program provides a below-market rate to help eligible families increase their home purchasing power and lower their monthly house payments.

Homebuyers apply for the program with an approved lender.
