Tips to start the process

OHCS helps low and moderate-income families in Oregon buy their first home. We provide below-market rate financing and cash assistance through the Oregon Bond Residential Loan Program.

Our program provides a below-market rate to help eligible families increase their home purchasing power and lower their monthly house payments.

Homebuyers apply for the program with an approved lender.

This step is the fun one!

A real estate professional can assist you to find a home for your family within the program's home purchase price limits.
