Oak Creek, located in Albany, is OYA’s only youth correctional facility for female youth. It can house up to 50 youth.

All female youth who are committed to an OYA close-custody facility go to Oak Creek.

Please note: We will only activate this emergency phone when our regular phones aren’t working. At all other times, it’s turned off, and we won’t receive any messages left on its voicemail.

Living Unit Contacts

Each living unit has its own living unit manager (LUM) and case coordinator (CC). If you have questions about your youth, the LUM or CC for their unit are the first people you should contact. Email is the best way to reach them.
