Rulemaking Planning Calendar

September 2025- Board will review any public comments received and determine whether to adopt the rules proposed on 7/11/25 (PCSAS & SCRA).
November 2025- Board will consider rules to clarify authority to take necessary action when terms of residency contracts are not met.
