TDAP Frequently Asked Questions

​TDAP staff will verify your eligibility. You will receive a letter in the mail with the status of your application.
 
If approved, the letter will indicate the estimated timeframe for delivery, generally 2 to 6 weeks. Someone will need to be available to sign for the equipment delivery.
 
We will mail a letter if we need additional information to approve your application.

​In-home installation and training is not available at this time.​

​Contact the vendor, whose contact information is in the equipment package, to troubleshoot. If the vendor is unable to resolve the issue, they will refer you to us for an exchange.

​Contact us immediately. If stolen, file a report with your local police department within 24 hours of the time you discover the theft and submit a copy of the report to us within five (5) days.
 

​Contact us to provide us with your new address.

​If you move out of Oregon, contact us to request a prepaid return label or send an email with the customer’s name and mailing address to which you’d like the prepaid return label sent.​
