Oregon Health Plan members can apply, renew, and manage their information online with the Oregon Eligibility (ONE) system.

Registered users can login here. If you got a letter about setting up a ONE account, read the set up guide (English) (Spanish).

If you don’t know your browser version, click your browser’s Help menu, then click “About.”
  • Windows (PC) – Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, and 11; Microsoft Edge; Firefox 39.0, 43.0, and 50.0; Chrome 43.0, 44.0 and 55.0.
  • Macintosh – Firefox 39.0, 43.0, and 50.0; Chrome 43.0, 44.0 and 55.0.
Browsers that are not supported

Renewing your coverage?

If someone in your household got a letter from OHA asking to renew OHP for your household, follow the instructions in the letter to renew benefits. Most OHP members can renew online through the ONE Applicant Portal.

Applying for coverage?

If your household does not have OHP coverage and you want to apply, learn how to apply.
