Agency contact submittal

If your agency has moved, has a new building official, updated phone numbers, email addresses, and/or web addresses for any modules - submit a ePermitting Help Desk ticket to request the agency contact submittal for the module(s) you need updated.

These updates will be reflected in the header of all reports, including permits, applications, receipts, invoices, inspection results, etc.

The point of sale submittal needs to also be requested if there are any changes to building contact info that you would like updated to reflect on the point of sale receipt, as building contact info is the default for the point of sale receipt report. You can also customize the point of sale receipt header by completing the point of sale submittal.
