You will need to change the Permit Issued date in the Description of Work/Copy Recs (Unrelated) Page in the Record Navigation Pane, as this is where report data will pull from.
Once in that page, you will be able to update the Issued Date. Once you input the correct date, click on Save. Your record has now been successfully updated.
Note: The Workflow will not reflect this updated date.
