Welcome to the CERTA Grant Impact Dashboard!
CERTA Background Information
CERTA is a five-year grant that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and deliver the benefits of clean energy, lower utility costs, construction of energy-efficient housing, and improved health outcomes in Oregon. For additional information and details on applying for programs, please visit the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality's
main CERTA website.
Led by the DEQ's Office of Greenhouse Gas Programs, CERTA is a multi-agency effort that funds initiatives for Oregon Departments of Energy, Transportation, Housing and Community Services, the Oregon Health Authority, and the Energy Trust of Oregon.

Additional Information
CERTA impacts presented are projected through 2029 and will be updated as actualized data becomes available; greenhouse gas reductions are calculated as metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (MT CO2e). Nitrogen oxides (NOx) and particulate matter (PM 2.5) are calculated in pounds.
GHG emission calculation methodologies are reflective of DEQ's CERTA Quality Assurance Project Plan approved by EPA.
