ProjectWise

What is ProjectWise?

ProjectWise (PW) is a document management system that allows project teams to collaborate securely and electronically on Oregon Department of Transportation design projects.

Use of ProjectWise at ODOT

We use ProjectWise for scoping, maintenance and Statewide Transportation Improvement Program projects.

ProjectWise allows ODOT to expedite the project delivery cycle, reduce costs, store documents and enhance collaboration and business workflow.

ODOT uses ProjectWise Explorer 2025. It is suggested to use this version or greater.

For configuration instructions, see the ODOT ProjectWise Configuration via Gateway User Guide.
