What is ProjectWise?

ProjectWise is a document management system that allows project teams to work securely, collaboratively and digitally on Oregon Department of Transportation design and construction projects.

Use of ProjectWise at ODOT

ODOT launched ProjectWise for the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program projects in October 2016.

Since that time, ODOT continues to develop processes and procedures to allow ODOT contractors and consultants to access the system, giving ODOT and its partners access to project data in real time.

Using ProjectWise on Your Project

External Users

To become a ProjectWise partner, you must first receive a notice to proceed for a project under contract. Once an NTP is issued, your designated point of contact will assist you in gaining access.

Request Access

Once your NTP is issued, contact your ODOT contract project manager to request access to ProjectWise.

Be sure to review the documentation included in the Getting Started section. Materials listed may be required to process your request.

  • If you're new to ProjectWise, complete:
    • External User Access Agreement
    • Consultant Access Enrollment Spreadsheet
  • If you need access to a new project, complete:
    • Consultant Access Enrollment Spreadsheet

Please note, information for each individual working in the ProjectWise environment is required.
