The ODOT Geotechnical Design Manual establishes standard policies and procedures regarding geotechnical services performed for the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Use this manual on all projects that began work on or after Dec. 1, 2014, and passed the DAP phase gate prior to Jan. 20, 2023.
