2027-2030 STIP (current)

The 2027-2030 Statewide Transportation Improvements Program, also known as the STIP, was adopted in June 2026 by the Oregon Transportation Commission and approved by the Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration. The 2027-2030 STIP went into effect October 14, 2026 and ends September 30, 2030.

• 2027-2030 STIP Projects - This project list is updated daily and includes changes from the Final STIP (due to project changes or new projects added).

• 2027-2030 STIP Final  - This version was adopted by the Oregon Transportation Commission in June 2026 and approved by Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration in October of 2026. The project list in this file will not be updated.

     STIP Amendments

STIP Amendments are changes to the approved current STIP; full amendments include a 2-week period for the public and other stakeholders to give input prior  to those amendments becoming approved.
