If you live within the
Lower Umatilla Basin Groundwater Management Area (LUBGWMA) of Morrow and Umatilla Counties you may be eligible for a testing voucher and free water treatment or provision of water for household use.
OHA is offering one testing voucher per well. Testing is an essential step in understanding if nitrate and other contaminants are affecting your well water quality and the action needed to reduce or eliminate your health risk from exposure to these contaminants.
You will not be asked to share your US citizenship status in this application and your status does not affect eligibility to receive a voucher.
