Overview
Public listening sessions are an opportunity to share comments, ideas, questions and concerns. OHA has held two series of public listening sessions. The first series was held in December, 2021 and the second was in July, 2022. A short overview of Measure 109 (M109), now codified as ORS 475A, was presented at the beginning of each session. The remainder of time was reserved for open public comment, which focused on different topics each day. You can find the presentations and recordings of the sessions below.
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) extends gratitude to all community members who took time to attend and participate in our public listening sessions. We have heard different perspectives on many topics and recognize the breadth of expertise that Oregonians hold and contribute to ensuring a safe and successful launch of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Section at OHA.

December 2021 Listening Sessions
After the December listening sessions, OPS staff compiled questions across the three listening sessions and created a document that summarizes questions and answers (linked below). The listening sessions were recorded and will continue to inform future program development, educational materials, and community engagement.
