About Compass

Compass, by QTAC-NY, is a unique online portal developed and operated by the Quality & Technical Assistance Center of New York. A registration and data management tool, Compass assists organizations in delivery and tracking of evidence-based health programs, including the Stanford Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs, the Diabetes Prevention Program, and Walk With Ease.

Requesting Access

Access to Oregon Compass is available with no charge for organizations providing Stanford self-management programs, the National Diabetes Prevention Program, Walk With Ease, and other programs in Oregon.

To Request Access to Compass

  1. Each organization must complete and submit to OHA the Oregon Compass Memorandum of Understanding.
  2. All users must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  3. All users must complete the Oregon Compass Privacy and Security Basics training.
    - THEN -
  4. Sign, date and return to OHA the Training Certificate of Completion to be kept of file, as required by federal law.

To Change Permissions or Request Additional Compass Users
