This report presents healthcare worker influenza vaccination rates for Oregon hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, dialysis facilities, and ambulatory surgery centers from the 2017-2018 to the 2021-2022 influenza seasons.

The Hospital HAI data dashboard provides data on the nine reportable HAIs for Oregon hospitals from 2016 through 2021.
The interactive dashboard includes trend graphs to show HAI incidence over time and facility-specific maps and tables to show how Oregon hospitals performed compared to the U.S. as a whole and to national goals for HAI reduction.
