NEW Provider Orientation Sessions

Provider Orientation Session Information

ScreenWise recognizes that due to staff changes and shifts in clinic priorities, many of our direct service providers, clinical and billing staff would benefit from a ScreenWise onboarding or (re)orientation session. This will provide an opportunity to learn about the following: a brief overview of the ScreenWise Program, patient eligibility, how to enroll eligible patients, how to report screening and diagnostic results, how to submit claims and related billing processes, and options for patient who need financial assistance.

Please note, the ScreenWise orientation sessions are designed for clinical partners or direct service providers that have a Medical Service Agreement (MSA) with the ScreenWise program. A medical service agreement formalizes the relationship between ScreenWise and the direct service provider, outlines responsbiities, includes which ScreenWise services will be provided through the provider partnership, and details the reimbursement process.*  Please reach out to Wendy Jacobs, ScreenWise Quality Assurance Coordinator, at wendy.m.jacobs@oha.oregon.gov, to confirm if your clinic has a MSA with ScreenWise and options for learning if your organization does not have a MSA with us.
