Oregon Immunization Program Training Portal

The Oregon Immunization Program is excited to announce the launch of our new training portal!

Trainings for Schools and Children’s facilities can all be accessed on the new Oregon Immunization Program Training Portal, including the trainings necessary to gain ALERT IIS access. The benefit of using the portal is that participants will receive certificates of completion and be able to keep track of the courses they have taken. The portal is available in English and Spanish.

To start you will be asked to create an account. After logging in, you will be able to access all materials related to Schools and Children’s Facilities by clicking on the “School & Child Care” icon represented by a lunch bag and apple.

In English:
For schools and child cares that fill out immunization reports by hand

• December 19, 2023, 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm PST

For schools that use a Student Information System (Synergy, Powerschool, eSchool, etc.)

• December 5, 2023, 10:00 am - 11:00 am PST

To get ALERT IIS Access

1. Create an account for the OIP Training Portal, if you don't have one. 
   
2. Take one of the following trainings:
   
• Immunization Requirements, Reports and ALERT IIS for Schools and Child Care Webinar
  
• Using ALERT IIS for School and Child Care
  
• Usando ALERT IIS para escuelas y guarderías
  
3. Read and sign the Authorized User Agreement (Individual School/Child Care Facility User) form. (Español)
   
4. For sites new to ALERT IIS or with new administrators, complete the Authorized Site Agreement (Colleges, Schools, Preschools, Head Starts and Child Care Facilities) form.  (Español)
   
5. Submit the following to the ALERT IIS Help Desk at alertiis@odhsoha.oregon.gov.
   
• Required: Training completion certificate
  
• Required: Authorized User Agreement (Individual School/Child Care Facility User)
  
• If Needed: Authorized Site Agreement (Colleges, Schools, Preschools, Head Starts and Child Care Facilities)
