Program Compliance

What We Do

The Housing & Homeless Services Section (HHS) conducts program compliance and monitoring operations. OHCS administers many State and Federal housing programs. Our section implements rules, regulations, and agreements for those programs. HHS ensures the program dollars are spent on eligibility activities. We ensure community partners follow applicable State and Federal requirements. We also provide technical assistance and training to community action agencies in Oregon.
